DeSauw was founded in 1992 at Fulton, Missouri.  From the beginning, our product evolved from the ever popular DePauw component saw manufactured in the 1970's.  With the help of Art DePauw himself,  we were able to continue the tradition of a well-made piece of equipment.  We have built quality saws for the past 30+ years. We manufacture a variety of saws from simple push-button operation to top-of-the-line servo driven automated saws. Our company's success comes from working close with our customers, listening to customer demands and building a reliable product.

Today we have more than 10 different high production solutions for the truss industry. The Desawyer 2000 is the highest production saw on the market and is by far every sawyers choice.  It is the only saw in the industry with a complete manual backup system.
